We will master three foundational breaths:

1. Breath of Fire: To instantly stoke your internal engine, increasing energy and confidence before a big meeting or a workout.

2. 3-6-9 Rhythmic Breathing: A structured count to anchor your mind, kill anxiety, and sharpen your professional focus.

3. Alternate Nostril Breathing: The ultimate "reset" button to balance your brain and find immediate centering.

The Atmosphere

The session will be set to a live, immersive soundscape designed to deepen your state of relaxation. Experience the resonance of:

• Crystal and Brass Singing Bowls for frequency alignment.

The Logistics

• Where: We’ll be enjoying the evening on our outdoor patio (weather permitting). In the event of rain or high winds, we will move the experience inside the studio.
