We identify where your "current" is leaking—whether it’s a seized lower back, locked-out hips, or a compressed neck—and we begin the process of rewiring for long-term durability.

What We Cover in This "Code Inspection":

• The Grounding Check: We analyze your postural foundation. If the feet aren't grounded, the entire structure is vulnerable to collapse.

• Torque & Tension Management: Learning to move with "Mechanical Advantage." We use fundamental yoga postures to release the tension stored from years of heavy lifting, long commutes, and high-stress decision-making.

• Resistance Auditing: Identifying "High-Resistance" areas in the body that are draining your energy. We use movement to clear these blockages and improve your internal efficiency.

• Breathing as Voltage Regulation: The first step in controlling your internal "Amperage." Learn to use your breath to trip the stress-breaker before you blow a fuse.
