Join us for a relaxing and meditative stretch followed with a sound session by Michael Z using crystal singing bowls and other instruments of frequency modulation. Warm up, stretch, and savasana while the sun sets across the lake.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available in limited quantities or you are welcome to bring your own. Session averages 60 minutes. $40 per person.
