Slow Flow with Ashlyn

This class is designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your breath through gentle, intentional movements. Perfect for all levels, the slow-paced sequences focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and cultivating mindfulness. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a serene space to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. Come as you are and leave feeling balanced, centered, and refreshed.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available in limited quantities or you are welcome to bring your own. Session averages 60 minutes. $40 per person. Limited availability so book your session now.
