GROUNDING

Join Michael for a meditative practice combining movement and stillness to nourish focus and concentration. Each participant chooses a succulent from our collection (or bring your own!) as a meditation partner. Gentle stretching and movement followed by concentration exercises provides a relaxing environment to sharpen your mind and body.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available in limited quantities or you are welcome to bring your own. Session averages 60 minutes. $40 per person. Limited availability so book your session now.
