In the midst of chaos, is it possible to find calm? Join us for a unique opportunity for a parent or guardian to share art, music, movement, and creativity with their child ages 4-10 years old. Activities include introduction to yoga, meditation, music, arts and crafts, cloud watching, nature walks, story time, walking meditations around the studio and surrounding park, and more. All children must have a parent or guardian present for the entire session. Sessions average 60-90 minutes. Attendance is limited to 8 adult/child pairs per session. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available in limited quantities or you are welcome to bring your own. $60 per adult/child pair per session.
