BREATHE - breathing exercises

Pranayama, a sanskrit term meaning "control of breath," which refers to a set of breathing techniques practiced in yoga and other forms of meditation. These techniques aim to improve respiratory function, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

Join us for a meditative session exploring how breathing can still your mind, assist in focus, and finding the generous present moment. Sessions begin with a light stretch followed by practicing of Pranayama breathing techniques such as breath of fire, alternate nostril breathing, Lion’s breath, humming bee breathing, and others.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available in limited quantities or you are welcome to bring your own. Session averages 60 minutes. $40 per person. Limited availability so book your session now.
