Beginner Yoga

Join us for a beginner level yoga session focusing on the fundamentals of a practice. Includes warmup, sun salutations, balance practice, and resting savasana.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available in limited quantities or you are welcome to bring your own. Session averages 60 minutes. $40 per person. Limited availability so book your session now.
